From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Email response was always within an hour and all my queries / questions answered straight away. The chair was ordered at 8am and delivery was 9am the following morning. I can't find fault anywhere. It's just a shame that VERY few companies offer this type of service. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone.
