I recently ordered a Venice high back chair from your company, unfortunately it was out of stock and would not be back in stock until the New Year. I was contacted by James informing me that as I wanted this as a Christmas gift he could send me another chair which was slightly more expensive without me having to pay the extra cash. the chair arrived next day amazing service and excellent customer relations, something quite unexpected in this day and age and current financal climate. From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Email response was always within an hour and all my queries / questions answered straight away. The chair was ordered at 8am and delivery was 9am the following morning. I can't find fault anywhere. It's just a shame that VERY few companies offer this type of service. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone.
