By Phone (0800 042 4777 8.30am–5.00pm Monday-Friday) – Our dedicated sales staff are on hand to offer expert friendly advice and take your order by phone during working hours.
By Fax (0844 844 0701) – Simply fax your purchase order to 0844 844 0701 and remember to include either an email address or fax number and we will confirm your order back to you. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact our sales team to check your order has arrived safely.
By Post - You can post your orders to Best Buy – Office Chairs, Suite 10, Enterprise House, Southbank Business Park, Kirkintilloch, G66 1XQ. Please include either an email address or fax number and we will confirm your order back to you. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact our sales team to check your order has arrived safely.
You can pay by card, online or over the phone using one of the following cards. We use worldpay to securely process your payment details.
Please note, payment will be taken as soon as your order is received - we have to do this in order to get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you.
You can pay by cheque
Please call our sales team on 0800 042 4777 for details. We will send you a Pro Forma invoice to attach your cheque to and send back by post. This allows us to ensure your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alternatively, you can send your order through the post with your cheque to:

Can I open a credit account?
Instant hassle free account facilities are available for: Government bodies, Local Authority, NHS, MOD, Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.
For businesses, you can select to open a credit account during the checkout process when ordering online. For this, we will need your company details including a company registration number (where applicable).
Credit accounts will be accepted subject to a third party credit check. You can also call our sales team on 0800 042 4777 and they will set up an account for you.
We dont offer credit facilites to sole traders.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm that your account is open and your order has been processed.
How long will my order take?
We know how frustrating it is to wait for your internet purchase! Knowing this, we have tried to make our website as user friendly as possible. Most online shops fail to tell you how long your order will take for delivery, that’s why every one of our products has an estimated delivery time next to the price:
When will my delivery be made?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries are available on lots of items but these will incur an additional carriage charge – please call for details.

Can you deliver to any floor in my building?
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices.
If delivery is to another floor, please call our sales team for advice as we can usually get you a price for this.
What if I have a problem with my order?
From time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. We want to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible for you. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to send an email to [email protected] and we will reply with either an answer, or to let you know we are dealing with your problem.
We use couriers for many of our deliveries, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to [email protected] or call 0800 042 4777 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
We understand that some things can't be sorted by email - in these cases, please call us on 0800 042 4777. Calls are charged at local rates, and we will call you back if necessary.
